These terms cover the use of redgateranchandhome.com, run by Red Gate Ranch and Home Services (Lamport Labs, LLC).

What this site is

This site describes our services and how to contact us. You cannot buy anything or pay on this site. Card checkout is not offered here.

The service

Our main service is the Property Help Visit, offered at a $249 introductory pilot price:

• Up to two hours on site at one property, doing tasks agreed in writing before the visit.
• Permitted tasks: light cleanup, simple assembly or adjustment, and vendor access (meeting a vendor, letting them in, and locking up).
• Dated completion photos after the visit.
• Core route: Temecula and Temecula wine country. Other areas are quoted individually.

A Monthly Parcel Record ($499/month: one monthly visit, a dated photo, and a written note on what changed) is also available after a fit discussion. Its scope and invoicing are set in writing before it starts.

Requests and written acceptance

You request one or more visit windows, Monday to Saturday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. A request is not a booking. A visit is booked only when we send you written acceptance. We do not promise same-day service or any particular window.

If materials, a permitted extra, or approved travel apply, we send a revised written total before any work starts. Work does not start until you agree to that total.

What we decline

We decline, rather than surcharge, hauling, disposal, hazardous materials, heavy lifts, ladder work, and any work that requires a license or permit.

Not a licensed contractor

Red Gate Ranch and Home Services is not a licensed contractor. We do not pull permits, have no employees, and do not split a project into smaller jobs to evade licensing requirements. When California's minor-work exemption applies, the aggregate cost of a project, labor and materials together, stays strictly under the state's $1,000 limit for unlicensed work.

Written scope comes first

The details of any visit are set in writing between you and us before work starts. If something on this site differs from your written acceptance or revised total, the written acceptance or revised total is what applies.

Photos and samples on this site

The photograph on this site shows the country our route serves. It is not a specific customer property. The sample acceptance is a sample, not a real job. We do not show customer before and after photos until we have real jobs to show.
