Scope agreed in writing, priced before any extra work.
Each check follows a 30–45-minute agreed route through accessible areas. Large properties, additional buildings, extra checks, hands-on tasks, vendor waiting, and extra coordination are quoted separately. You get a revised written total, and we need your agreement, before any extra work.
How it starts
A clear scope before the first visit.
- Step 1Tell us about the property
Send the address, property size, what you need, and preferred visit windows (Mon–Sat, 9–5).
- Step 2Agree on the details
We confirm route fit, accessible areas, schedule, and the full price in writing.
- Step 3Confirm your service
Nothing is booked until written acceptance. Arrange gate codes and access details separately.
- Step 4Receive your update
Reports and dated photos after each check, or completion photos after a Help Visit.

Disclosure
Not a licensed contractor.
Red Gate Ranch and Home Services is not a licensed contractor. We do not pull permits, we have no employees, and we do not split a project into smaller jobs to get around licensing rules.
When California's minor-work exemption applies, the total cost of a project, labor and materials together, stays strictly under the state's $1,000 limit for unlicensed work. Work that needs a license or a permit is declined.
